Holiday & Events require a 2 night minimum stay: ( SNIRT, Woodsman, Martin Luther King, Presidents Week, Christmas, New Years.

Peak Season: December 21st to March 31st Weekends 2 night minimum reservation

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions

• Credit Card required at time of reservation.
• There is a $20.00 cancellation fee on ALL cancelled reservations.
• A cancellation fee of 1 night will be charged if reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.
• No show, No Call, will result in room being charged full price of the reservation.
• With respect to our other guest NO PETS / NO SMOKING
